About these terms

digiwleea is operated by Taceddin Sancak, Türkiye. Contact: [email protected]. These terms cover our website, circuit editor, learning materials, classroom features and Wleea AI tutor. Please read them before creating an account or purchasing a plan. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle information; optional tracking choices are separate from agreement to these terms.

Using the service

You may use digiwleea for learning, teaching and creating circuits, subject to these terms. If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, a parent, guardian or properly authorized institution must authorize your use. When acting for a school or organization, you must have authority to do so and meet any applicable student-privacy requirements.

Keep account credentials secure, provide an email address you can access and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not impersonate others, access another person’s account or data, disrupt the service, bypass payment or usage limits, submit unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, or use the service to distribute malware. Reasonable limits may apply to storage, AI requests and other features.

Your circuits and other content

You retain your rights in content you create or upload. You give us permission to host, store, process, display and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you use, including synchronization, sharing, classroom submissions and AI assistance. Optional diagnostic use is governed by your privacy choices. You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you supply.

Share links can make circuit contents accessible to anyone who receives the link. Teachers can access submissions made to their classes. Export important work and keep your own backups: browser storage can be cleared, and no online storage system is guaranteed against loss.

Our branding, course text, software and other materials remain subject to their respective intellectual-property rights and any applicable published licenses. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of those materials.

AI and simulation limitations

Wleea generates responses automatically. AI explanations, proposed circuits and simulation results can be incomplete or wrong. Review and test outputs independently. The platform is an educational tool and is not certification that a design is suitable for physical hardware, safety-critical systems or any regulated application. Do not supply confidential or sensitive information that you are not authorized to send to the AI providers described in our Privacy policy.

Paid plans and renewal

The checkout shows the price, currency, billing interval, taxes and included access for the plan you select. Payments are handled through Polar, and its checkout terms also apply to the transaction. Recurring plans renew at their stated interval until canceled. Manage or cancel your subscription through the account’s subscription controls or the customer portal linked from your billing receipt.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Access normally continues through the paid period, subject to refunds, reversals or suspension for misuse. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. Removing local browser data or stopping use does not cancel a subscription. If you cannot access the subscription controls, contact us promptly.

For a billing error or refund request, contact [email protected] or the billing support listed on your receipt. Requests are handled under the applicable checkout terms and consumer law. Nothing here removes statutory withdrawal, refund, cancellation or other consumer rights. We do not treat acceptance of these website terms as a separate waiver of those rights.

Availability, changes and suspension

We may maintain, fix or change the service and its features. Availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, unlawful activity, non-payment or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. If we discontinue a paid service, applicable contractual and consumer rights still apply.

Responsibility and applicable rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional guarantees beyond those expressly offered. You are responsible for how you use and verify your designs and AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer and data-protection rights. Any dispute is subject to applicable law and the courts or authorities with lawful jurisdiction; these terms do not remove protections available in your country.

Changes and contact
