Like EveryCircuit, but built around digital logic

EveryCircuit, from MuseMaze, Inc., is an animated circuit simulator that runs in the browser and as Android and iOS apps. It simulates analog and digital parts together and draws voltages, currents and charges right on the schematic. The free version limits your own circuits to 5 components; the full version is $5 a month (less with annual billing) or a one-time $15 in-app purchase, and educators can buy class licenses. If that is what brought you here, digiwleea is a free, in-browser alternative with a different angle: you build a computer from the transistor up.

What EveryCircuit is good at

Its animations are genuinely illuminating: watching voltages, currents and charges move on the schematic as you change a circuit builds intuition that equations alone do not, and it adds a dynamic oscilloscope and AC analysis with Bode plots. If you want to understand analog circuits on your phone, it is excellent. (digiwleea is an independent project, not affiliated with MuseMaze.)

How digiwleea is different

digiwleea is about digital logic specifically, and its free tier has no component limit: the lab and the first act of the course are free. You build gates from CMOS transistors treated as switches, then adders, latches, registers, RAM and control logic, following a guided 40+ level course to a working 8-bit CPU that you program in assembly, with theory lessons and an AI tutor (Wleea). It runs in the browser on phones too. EveryCircuit is the better pick for analog electronics and real voltages and currents; digiwleea is the better pick for learning logic and computer architecture step by step.

Frequently asked

Is digiwleea a good EveryCircuit alternative?

Yes, if you want to understand digital logic from the ground up. digiwleea is a free, in-browser simulator with a guided 40+ level course where you build every gate from CMOS transistors and work up to a real 8-bit CPU, with an AI tutor to help.

Is digiwleea free?

The sandbox lab and the first act of the course are free and need no sign-up. An optional account adds the AI tutor and cross-device sync; the full course and expanded AI tutoring are included in the monthly or annual Premium subscription.

Do I need to install anything?

No. digiwleea runs entirely in your browser, on desktop or mobile, and works offline once loaded.
