Like Tinkercad Circuits, but for the logic inside the chips

Tinkercad Circuits is the electronics part of Tinkercad, Autodesk's free web app for 3D design, electronics and coding. You place and wire virtual components on a breadboard or start from ready-made starter circuits, and you can program a simulated Arduino or micro:bit with Codeblocks (the micro:bit with Python too), with no hardware needed. If that is what brought you here, digiwleea is a free, in-browser alternative with a different angle: you build a computer from the transistor up.

What Tinkercad Circuits is good at

It is one of the friendliest ways to start with electronics: realistic breadboards, LEDs and boards that behave like the real parts, step-by-step tutorials from wiring a breadboard to Ohm's law, and classroom features and activities for teachers. If your goal is to try an Arduino or micro:bit project before you build it, it is an excellent choice. (digiwleea is an independent project, not affiliated with Autodesk.)

How digiwleea is different

digiwleea is about the logic inside the chips rather than wiring the chips together. You build NOT, NAND and every other gate from CMOS transistors, then adders, latches, registers, RAM and control logic, and finally an 8-bit CPU that you program in a small assembly language, following a guided 40+ level course with free theory lessons and an AI tutor (Wleea). It runs in the browser too, and the lab and the first act are free. Tinkercad Circuits is the better pick for breadboard, Arduino and micro:bit projects; digiwleea is the better pick for learning how logic gates and processors work.

No sign-up is needed to start: open the lab and place your first transistor, or read the free theory course. The account (and the AI tutor) are optional.

See for yourself: build a logic gate from transistors in the simulator, then follow the path from sand to an 8-bit CPU.

Frequently asked

Is digiwleea a good Tinkercad Circuits alternative?

Yes, if you want to understand digital logic from the ground up. digiwleea is a free, in-browser simulator with a guided 40+ level course where you build every gate from CMOS transistors and work up to a real 8-bit CPU, with an AI tutor to help.

Is digiwleea free?

The sandbox lab and the first act of the course are free and need no sign-up. An optional account adds the AI tutor and cross-device sync; the full course and expanded AI tutoring are included in the monthly or annual Premium subscription.

Do I need to install anything?

No. digiwleea runs entirely in your browser, on desktop or mobile, and works offline once loaded.
